  • Dispatch Trip Activation Check: when activating a trip by clicking the green dot near the trip ID, we will check if any past trips are stil active. If there are active trips from the past, we will display an alert with a prompt that includes the dates. If the alert is shown, navigate to the dates with trips that have active status and de-active them. After de-activating the past trips, you can activate the current trip.

  • Timeslot enhancements: timeslots are now sorted chronologically. We also hide timeslots that are in the past if a customer selects "Today" as a delivery date.
  • replaced the date picker with a dropdown for the date selection on the checkout page. Instead of a monthly calendar picker, we use a dropdown to select the delivery date with options for "Today", "Tomorrow", "Monday", etc.

  • Flower Equivalent Field: Added a flower equivalent field to the inventory item edit page. For inventory items with unit meausure "Each" or items that are multiple categories (for example, infused pre-rolls), you can set the flower equivalent manually for the product and this will override the calculated flower equivalent that is based on the product category. If the flower equivalent is greater than 0, the value will be used to calculate the flower equivalent for the product in the cart.

  • Void an Order: You can now void an order by clicking the "Void" button on the Order detail page. You will be prompted with a second confirmation to make sure really want to cancel the order. During the confirmation step, select whether you want to void the sales delivery in Metrc by switching the toggle on or off for the Metrc setting. Inventory associated with voided orders will not be included in inventory calculations. Additionally, the order will be removed from the dispatch page. Orders need to be in an "Order Placed" or "Unassigned" status to be voided. On the Dispatch page, if the order is "Assigned" move it to the "Unassigned" section then void it.

  • Rejected Deliveries: If an order is marked as "Failure" during the complete step on the DOT Driver App, we will now report the rejected packages to Metrc.

  • Order Minimum for Zones: You can now set an order miniumum for each zone. If the cart subtotal is less than the minimum set for the zone, the customer will not be able to proceed checkout when they click "Go to Checkout". An error will be displayed on the cart page with the order minimum required for their location.
  • updated the Invoice Edit page to save when the "Receive" button is clicked. Prior to this, the information was only saving when you clicked "Save".

  • Product Catalog Pagination: we added pagination to the product catalog page. This will help you manage your products more easily if you have a large number of products. You can now view 10 products per page and navigate between pages. The pagination controls are at the top of the product catalog page, you can filter by category and sort alphabetically by name, brand and category.
  • concentrates sub categories: added "budder", "live resin", "live rosin", and "RSO" to concentrates subcategories
  • the product select on the Inventory Item Edit page now lists products in alphabetical order by name

  • Product Tax Settings: we added the ability adjust tax settings for product catalog items. You can now choose to apply "Local", "State" and "Excise" taxes for each product catalog item. This is helpful for accessory products that may have different tax rates than cannabis products. Tax rates are calculated per item after deals and discounts are applied.

  • Moved the Logout button to the main navigation on the left side of the screen
  • Moved the employee section to the main navigation. This will allow you to hide the Employees page from some employees who you don't want to have the ability to change permissions for other employees.
  • Updated employee permissions to include all tabs in the Admin app. You can now choose which tabs each employee can see.
  • Added "ea" to Quality field in product variant. If a product has a unit of measure of "Each" then the quantity should be set to 1 for the product variant.
  • Added "grinders", "cones", and "wraps" to accessory subcategories
  • Removed the supplier license field from the Invoice page as this was redundant.
  • Removed the credits and fees fields from the Invoice page since these are not used in the system.
  • Fixed a bug in the Invoice page where the form was saving but not reflecting the changes in the UI.

  • Accessory Expiration Date: we added the ability to set an expiration date for accessories. You can now set an expiration date for accessories when creating or editing accessory inventory. This is required for products to show up in your shop because we don't display products with inventory that is past expiration. If the product doesn't expire, set the expiration date to a distant future date like 01/01/2100.

  • New Feature: Metrc Location Syncing - if you create locations in Metrc, you can now sync them to your shop. Navigate to Inventory > Rooms and click Sync Rooms to sync your Metrc locations to your shop. We will look up the locations in Metrc and if a room with the same Location Type and Name doesn't exist in your shop, we will create it for you.
